blankmind: Nice post but don't you mean the Appeals Court in your point:"For instnace, he asked the Gov't about the fact that the Supreme Court previously said that MSFT could add the browser; and the Gov't responsded to the effect that public opinion will be too great for the Supreme Court to rule this way again?
