Shorts MUST declare by tomorrow for month end. The figure Dan is quoting is as accurate as the last reporting, (except for undeclared), however, friday should provide a more accurate position. It is possible that some shorts are still there, but only if they believe it can never go up as much as some believed it could never go down. A distinct possibility!!!!
