1. If CHCL were to agree to buy 10% of HITT in a private transaction we still have the pesky problem of needing shareholder approval for the increase in the authorized shares or;

Dorian Reed's shares seem to be available for "general corporate purposes" -- perhaps he'll come to the company's aid yet again, and spot CHCL some of his shares until "the paperwork clears up"?
