Niku has increased its offering price to $20-$22. Well I don't think I'll be able to get this on Friday under $25 like I hoped...

If this isn't a first day buy, could go lower the next week

This increased offering price is good for the company (cos they can raise more money) but bad for us cos it is an indication of the demand they expect. Calculate the stock price by 69 million (outstanding shares) and this is a billion and a half dollar + company out of the gate...

There's still MatrixOne on Tuesday. With 37 million shares outstanding and (currently) an offering range of $12-14 this may be a better deal for us anyway. I'd like Matrixone under $25 per share on the first day. I'd be in love under $20....
