The only question I have (I can't get this straight in my mind but I think I'm right).. is that 20% of PALM will be held by the public - not by COMS. SO the resulting market cap of COMS should only include an 80% weighting for the PALM contribution. Is that right? If so PALM's contribution needs reduced 20% then you apply the appropriate discount (as Mang has done) based upon ones own gut feel about the final distribution. I don't think so. I believe this dilution is built into the 1.5:1. Don
