Either someone takes it out at cash value and gets the customers for free or it is zero. How much is cash?

Often this things trade at cash & below...remember broken biotech stocks, going for 60% of the cash.

Cash is $2.59, BV 2.41, subtract this quarter's losses. I think VA is heading there.
