Chinese and many Asian cultures do not value integrity. Anyone knows who has ever worked with Eastern style management.Todays WSJ article is case and point. They will change their minds at the drop of a hat and give some smokescreen reason always wanting the upper hand. But the bottom line is no integrity. Chinese need CDMA and will give in. They are using this as negotiating power with the WTO. Have these guys ever heard of good faith?
