Off topic -- splits ...
It seems like every time one of my holdings split, the thread comes alive with questions, answers, and opinions about the wonderful future we'll experience after the split.
Since I pay commissions on a per share basis, my transaction costs double. Other than this, the extra posts I must sift through, and the adjustments I must make in my recordkeeping, splits are a minor nuisance.
On March 23, I'll still own the same fraction of the company I owned on March 21.
