Steve, The litigation is basically just a cost factor. We have a very profitable co. selling at a low price due to that litigation. Will tobacco be made illegal? No, there are too many addicts who vote. Will lawsuits be paid? Yes, but that will go mainly to rich lawyers, most of whom smoke. So, MO will continue in business with these lawsuit payouts. IMHO, the lawsuits are not enough to explain the price of the co. And MO is striking back with feel-good ads about how much good the company does. And, outside of pushing a product that kills people, but is legal, they are decent corporate citizens. I won't buy it due to the fact that I think you have to take responsibility for the deaths of fellow human beings. But, on a legal and financial basis, I think the co. is in pretty good shape. Also, everyone else in the biz will die before MO, because it is the richest.
