An interesting conversation. I dined with a colleague last night who is undertaking a gastroenterology fellowship at a major teaching hospital in Philly. They are one of 20+ sites involved in the up-coming Phase III trial of anti-TNF for Crohn's Disease. He has not only seen the agent used first-hand, but has had discussions with a Centocor rep and is extremely optimistic with regard to this agent's efficacy. Approval is still a long, long, time away, but this cheered me up nonetheless.
