Gary: The part of PALM not held by COMS is already in Mang's 1.5:1 ratio. The 1.5 ratio is the 532 million PALM that COMS is hanging onto for us, divided by the 350 million COMS outstanding (give or take a few million). Also, I'm not sure where your 20% comes from unless it's from the original S-1 filing. It's around 7% now, because the public offering is only 23 million plus the 15 million for MOT/AOL/NOK.
