I think the reason that Qcom is confident about the agreement is that they know that the Chinese Military want CDMA. Each morning I eat breakfast with a bunch of savy business men. This morning I was ranting about the Chinese delaying the deal with Qcom, and the man that deals with chinese all the time looked over at me and asked......What does the Military want? That is your key to the deal, another key to the deal is getting the money OUT of China. This individual seems to think that the Chinese will want Qcom to reinvest the money inside China in some sort of way and not physically take the money out of the country.

JA(got to run late for court)
