Bob, I re-read the BEA news letter and it seems pretty clear that the EUB denial is going to take some time to get an approval. Judging by the letter from the EUB lawyer Jack got in response to his rebuttal to them, they are a VERY pompus bunch. I think the part that encouraged me was that BEA has had a lot of things on the back burner, waiting for this permit. If Jack does work on what he can develop, it will a good thing, sooner than later. I feel there are a lot of folks LOOKING for an excuse to get involved in BEA/STP. These two stocks have always reacted positively to activity, and that is the one thing we haven't had lately. It appears that Jack is slipping on his work boots to do what he knows best. We will get the approval, someday, and that will be just icing on the cake. Like I said, I am feeling positive, again. Tom
