Everything you say makes a lot of sense. I think the major upside for this stock will be if the company can work a deal with auto manufaturers to install the chip/antenna at the production site. Id cadillac has it then Lexus will haver to have it. If the Ford trucks have it then every other one will also. I understand that the company is working on that deal with the auto companies already.
