From the press release there was this comment - <<ADC, PairGain and Adtran together dominated HDSL-2. Cadogan said he will be able to save up $50 million in duplicate marketing, sales and support expenses. The company will support only one of the existing HDSL-2 products going forward, he added, but declined to identify which one.>> Which HDSL-2 will survive? Was this one of the main reasons for ADC to buy PAIR?
