Yeah, I was just ribbing you. I think we tend to follow the same type of stocks. Here's where my numbers came from ...

According to papers filed January 28, Palm intends to offer at most 26.5 million shares to the public, representing just 4.6% of the
total maximum float of 573.5 million shares. Investors Motorola [MOT], Nokia [NOK], and AOL [AOL] will receive 2.6% of the initial offering; however, it is extremely
unlikely that any of the three would choose to flip any of their shares. The remainder of the stock in Palm will be held by 3Com and will probably be distributed to
3Com shareholders after a six-month waiting period -- though a little caution is necessary here as the company mentions repeatedly in the Palm filings that this may
or may not happen depending on several factors.


I think that given that yours are from the prospectus we should go with that. I took the path of least resistance here and since I had this page in front of me I assumed that these was an accurate accounting of the distribution.
