FWIW.. while reading the PLAT Proxy Statement I noticed that Casey Cowell resigned his directorship effective Dec,`96 and then in January he decided to sell/merge with 3Com. I wonder what other positions he has given-up?? Anybody have an ERIV proxy to see if he is still on the board over there?
