care, financial and telecommunications) that will benefit from an
integrated e-commerce and CRM strategy.

As president of the newly formed e-CRM division, Mr. Russell will be
responsible for creating and executing the division's strategic marketing
plans, and promoting Valu-net's leadership in the rapidly emerging e-CRM

develop and maintain key strategic partnerships, alliances and sales channels
with best-of-breed technology partners.
Mr. Russell has a proven record of accomplishment in strategic planning,
market and business development, and driving growth in a competitive
environment. He joins Valu-net from RBI Consultants, where he was responsible
for strategic planning and marketing consulting with Fortune 500 technology
