No, my take from the sentence below is that B&L has chosen for the moment to draw a line in the sand.

Now the PTO reissue decision on the Trokel '388 is a little more significant.

The market hasn't absorbed the release the way I have as VISX is up to highs for the day now - 19 as I post.
