Thought I would go to the PAIR website and read PAIR's PR on this deal, maybe what they had to say, something, anything? You know what? There was nothing there about the ADCT offer. Nothing. Absolutley nothing. Now I am not saying that its all another Hoke. But something is very strange in all this. Wouldn't it be normal for PAIR to say something? Where is Pascoe? Why did PAIR find it necessary to sell right now right away? What is it we don't know or can't yet see? The only wild theories I can come up with is: PAIR knew ADCT would take the offer to the stockholders and PAIR knew they would lose the company in that scenario. So PAIR threw in the towel and accepted, before being embarassed further for their management skills. But PAIR is not happy with the deal and therefore hasn't responded with anything but silence. All the while hoping that another buyer will emerge and bid the deal up. If not then the end result is the same. ADCT and a nice severance package. And it better be a good package. Because the 7 cents option gravy train just derailed. Has anybody actually contacted PAIR?
