I noticed that fabs currently have process problems at .35mu process. This problem is almost on all fabs in Europe and also at South East Asian fabs like TSMC. AMAT is shipping .25mu tools. My suspicion is that AMAT will have more expenses in terms of warranty & support expenses. Conversely, this can be viewed as a potential revenues for IBSS group at AMAT. But the final result is Fab customers are getting hurt. Regards Kumar
