Bruce,
TSSW is my top pick and a stock that I have held for over 2 years. The New CEO (Largest shareholder) has made some significant improvements in the company.
1) Company has two very favorable preIPO positions in ecommerce companies that are about to go public:
a. Partsbase.com filed in Jan. Will launch IPO in early Mar. Expected price range $11-14. TSSW owns 260,000 shares at a price of $2.50 per share.
b. Supplyaccess.com. This is expected to be priced at $20 to $22. TSSW Has about 300,000 shares priced at $1.50
( See recent Razo Buy Recommendation for current ecommerce positions. He has a target of $7 which he believe could be very conservative given these and other positions that TSSW has )
2) TSSW owns 100,000 warrants at $1.00 in EBLD which is currently trading at $6.5 to $6.75.
3) See recent news about TSSW launching esupport.com later this year.
** Company also has released FastMove 2000, Wincheckit and has landed a CardWare Contract.

I only recommended selling 1 stock last year (Full Position in SKYT 85.22% Profit ) and 2 half positions in ( PUMA Up 108% and MTIC Up 181.95% ) Looks like PUMA will split soon. Regret selling half but glad that I kept the remainder as it is up over 1300%.

Other Stocks that I like: ( Rec Ask Price - Date )
1) HNV - $1.50 - 17 July 97
2) NOVL - $12.44 - 20 Sept 98
3) RAIL - $6.19 - 19 July 98
4) TSSW - $1.50 - 24 Aug 97
5) CWEI - $8.75 - 1 Aug 99
6) DIAN - $9.00 - 5 Jan 97
7) GCO - $5.69 - 2 Jan 99
8) GDYS - $10.88 - 23 May 99
9) MLT - $10.31 - 6 Feb 99
10)MTIC - $9.31 - 9 May 99 - HOLD
11)PUMA - $8.06 - 23 Nov 97
12)RWAV - $5.88 - 8 Aug 99
13)WND - $12.94 - 25 Oct 99

Have Holds on BIPL, GEOI

I am glad that I have a day job as I am sure that I would have sold some of these stocks above that were down or had smaller gains to invest in other companies.

I am looking for some more good ideas. I like turnarounds with Insider buying / good ownership in the company, trade at discount to the industry average price ratios and are showing some change in either mgt, products, markets etc.

Looking forward to 2000. How about sending me a list of some of your stocks. I have not made a new rec this year but am narrowing my search on some stocks.

My email is cookd1@prodigy.net

I also have increased my ownership in pets. . .one beagle, one cat, 3 fire belly toads, One big toad not sure of type.

Staying busy in DC
