Karl, my understanding from a source who had a direct meeting with Walsh, indicated that BXM will lend more then just moral support. He indicated that BXM will create a trust to receive the proceeds of any lawsuits, these funds will be used to assist BXM shareholdes. How they will determine "need", who knows, do that after the funds are there is what i say.
