John, Looks like its a done deal, now we wait for the details to find out what it actually means for INEL shareholders. If IM assumes the debt and INEL keeps all the cash in the till it should mean a value of 5-6 for INEL. Thats probably a best case scenario....worst case I don't see how INEL could come out being worth less than todays closing price. Tomorrow should be interesting....to say the least. Dave
