Info from the Boss!

I asked Rick about MMU's presence at the PDAC a day or so ago.

He responded immediately, saying that he and Arness Cordick would be there, at the PDAC, in both promotional and operational modes.

I thanked him for his rapid response. And he replied, saying that he is "happy" to answer any "specific questions."

So, I sent him the following:

Dear Rick:

You emailed the following (in response to my thanking you for a rapid reply to my PDAC question):

No problem. Happy to answer specific questions anytime.

Rick Boulay

OK. Here's a specific question: What's the status of Chinchaga's 1) Diamond efforts; 2) Vast mineralization (iron?) potential; 3) Gold assessments?

It seems that late 1999 saw MMU's spotlight move from 1 to 2 to 3, above, before it (the spotlight) was directed at Torngat - and then turned off.

Communication from MMU, up to mid-November, indicated sampling, processing, and drilling activity was imminent if not actually in process.

Then, the blackout.

I can think of four possible causes for the blackout: 1) Results were negative on all fronts; 2) MMU ran out of money and had to stop all ongoing actions; 3) The requirements of CDNX reporting vary greatly from ASE, therefore halting further communication; and 4) "Big Things Are In The Works" - and are too delicate to make public step-by-step.

This specific question does not extend to Torngat, where, I trust, MMU will respond to the fast-paced situation at TWG.- one way or the other.

I have tried to be brief and precise. You must admit that your post invited this question.

If you choose to respond in detail, I will gladly transfer your response to the SI and StockHouse threads (if you desire).

With respect,

George<<<

And he said he would reply today. (I messaged him that there is no Speed Need.)

So, today or tomorrow, or maybe the beginning of next week, we will have information on projects that seem to have gone to sleep.

Keep your antennae up. We will be getting something soon.

GSM

PS: Someone can inform StockHouse about this development. They seem to be a good bunch of guys. G.
