There is a couple of things to ask for.

a) As it was stated somewhere (here or RB) Goldstein did not agree with the PR LONE issued about the CH11 filing - If so then why did he not issue another, thus informing investment community.

b) Is it normal practice that the trustee does not inform the shareholders at all.

Both are questions he should be able to answer without any breach of trust.
