It is not going to matter because anyone with any sense is not going to trade through NDB or eTrade. Too mnay major institutions out there like AMerican Express and so forth that are good solid financial companies wanting to give good service and help the investor unlike Etrade and NDB. 28M market orders and over an hour limits is not even worth complaining about.
