All states will re-apportion themselves but Ca has had a very large population increase so we will be adding many new members to the House. And, we are now controlled by the Democrats with a Democratic governor ( Florida and Texas are not in that category so I guess you are mis-informed...you did know that shrub is the governor of Texas?) What happens in the House this year will depend on who the front runner in the Pres race is in the Fall. Most Americans want checks and balances and not a one party rule of the whole national gov't.
