I don't think anybody says that T/A is always right, but most believe that it increases your odds. In the case of LEAF and BVSN, they both had strong P&F buy signals so I wouldn't use them as an example. The charts were recently wrong for JDSU (We had a sell signal that quickly got negated), but other forms of T/A caught the bottom for JDSU (ask Poet!).
