Hey, crybabies, it was NDB's ISPs, not NDB, who was at fault!

I was able to trade today--using Power Broker. That's what it is there for! If you are losing money because the NDB website is down, then you aren't very clever because Power Broker has very high availability (live brokers are a little harder to get sometimes).

Dennis Marino, the unit's chairman, said the two Internet service providers (ISPs), Exodus Communications Inc. (NasdaqNM:EXDS - news) and PSINet Inc. (NasdaqNM:PSIX - news), had yet to figure what went wrong.

P.S. As an NDB stockholder in a large way, let me just also mention that the duck rocks. Any stock that can go up three points when it's web presence is unavailable can't be all bad!
