The Canadians seem to have had a good strategy and business plan when they gobbled up GSCN (General Scanning!) few months ago - just right in time for the semi - up cycle. Now they seem to be delivering solid results. They did the same when they gobbled up Northern Telecom - now NORTEL NETWORKS - which seems to be doing great in light of all the goofs by LUCENT. I hope they buy more of the lethargic techs. and turn them around.

Here is a tip for them - UTEK!
