Jim, The flash story is a hot ticket these days. FLSH up 12 points and change today after posting disappointing Q4 results and a steep decline in gross margins. They are selling their DOC product at a loss and were not even profitable in 1999. Today they have a Toshiba announcement that DOC will be in POS (point-of-sales) systems in Japan. How big of a market can that be? It certainly is not worth a $12+ one day advance. When people sit down and look at profitability, balance sheet items, the potential size of target markets, meaningful OEM demand, license revenues and control of production (fab'd vs. fabless) they will realize that SNDK is in a class by itself.
