Border Capital Corp. announces Corporate Solutions Inc. retained to provide investor
relations services
VANCOUVER, Feb. 24 /CNW/ - Further to its news release dated February 16,
Border Capital Corp. (CDNX:BOP)(''Border'' or the ''Company'') is pleased to
announce that Corporate Solutions Inc. (CSI) of Calgary, Alberta has been
engaged to provide investor relations services to the Company. Terms of the
engagement are for a one-year period at an anticipated total cost of $60,000
plus stock options. The Company has granted stock options, subject to
regulatory consent, to CSI for 165,000 common shares at an exercise price of
$0.64 per share, exercisable for a period of two (2) years.
CSI will perform services for the Company in all areas generally
considered to be investor relations, including dissemination of financial
publicity, annual and interim reports for shareholders and the investment
community. CSI will create and provide an ongoing and effective promotion and
communications program for the Company, for the purposes of dissemination of
information respecting the activities of the Company to shareholders and the
investment community.
Corporate Solutions Inc. (CSI) is a Canadian-based investor relations

to small and emerging public companies, including assistance in locating and
