GSM vs CDMA costs
CDMA was lower costs in year 3 (1997) and has been staying on par ever since.

So why wasn't QCOM making any money in the infra business? Could it be that subsidies derived from ASIC sales and royalties created the basis of a misleading cost comparison?

We will soon see how well ERICY doing with the infra division these days.
