Surprise- Microsoft did research and found that real estate agents are concerned with customer retention for post service sales like gardeners and security systems? Really? I had no idea that Real estate agents concern themselves with such, I thought they sold houses, and that is where they made the money, not post home-sale services. Confusion- This product sounds like a glorified personal information manager. That's it. Skepticism- The release is large on hype and small on substance. Just my opinion. Jon :)
