I think that you are misunderstanding my argument. My argument was simply that the strong dollar implies net capital inflow into the US from foreign investors. It just cannot be any other way, however you cut it. Whether or not bonds got a bid means little as long as other US goods and/or assets got a bid. And net inflow of foreign funds may mean only good things for the US market.
