When the company went "IPO" there was a lot of e-business play (a low-risk way to capitalize on the shipping of e-business products). Then people realized that profits will not grow exponentially without additional investments (trucks, drivers), so the attraction was not as strong.
Eventually, people will understand that this is a solid company, with a growing business, that will do well, but not grow like a .com company. The stock will go up and down, but with a constant trend up.
