For those of you who are either in 1186 (Pacific Century) or 8 (Cable & Wireless Hong Kong Telecom). The HKT board is meeting this minute on a proposal from PCC of 1 share to 1 share swap, plus HK$ 1.67 in cash. I would imagine the offer will be rejected as stealing is against the law.
