update To all the loyal shareholders of MDIH.The wait was well worth it.Don't say that I didn't tell you many many times to buy this stock.The fun is about to begin. The small investor has taken profits (not the loyal Fans)and moved on.This is the time for the 3 and 4 point daily moves in the stock!MDIH will anounce the moving to the NASDAQ next week.It will still take a few more weeks to get there.Then the margin players will step in.The news out of Ohio was very big!This is the start of many many things to come.Ohio paves the way for the first state to sell tickets.What I have said in the past is still on schedule.The closing will take place in mid-March.A stock road show will begin 60 days after that.The private placement is almost complete.All I can say is that when this news comes out we will all be shocked about the size and players involved.Lottery.com is also sitting on major news but will not come out until after the merger is complete. The company will look like this.25 million shares out,40 million in the bank,a float of 3-4 million shares,and 2 major firms doing a secondary within a few months at16-18 dollars a share.(3 million shares)another 40-50 million dollars in the bank.Thats about 80 million in cash plus lots more to be explained at a later date. MY 12 TARGET HAS BEEN REACHED AND I HAVE MOVED IT UP TO 16-18 dollars in the next few weeks.The news from OHIO is worth 2-3 points and the NASDAQ listing is worth a few more.STAY LONG AND DONT BE SCARED OF THE JERKS WHO SAY THE STOCK IS GOING DOWN.THIS IS THE QCOM of the lottery business.IT IS POSSIBLE IN THE NEXT TWO YEARS THAT MDIH EARNS 2-3 dollars a share profit.30x earnings gets 90 bucks!THATS IS TRULY ON THE LOW SIDE.THE DAY THIS STOCKS HITS NASDAQ many many firms will get involved in the stock.They have been trying to buy will not much luck.I have been aware of a million share buyer from overseas.He has only been able to buy 250k shares.Do you know what this means for the loyal people.DONT EXPECT IT TO GO UP EVERY DAY!AS always do your own dd and goodluck
