I would say we are looking at BCE. With IFM, they merged one of their properties Emergis to create a public internet powerhouse outside of CRTC control.

It may be time to leverage the overstated BAS market cap and negligible revenues by merging one of the BCE controlled propreties with real revenues into BAS. It worked for IFM and GIB.A.

Oh what a tangled web (yes pun intended) BCE is weaving! I bet they were behind the private placement.
