He's flat out saying it, nothing "essentially" about it.

So why have memory and disk drive prices collapsed? This unexpected Q1 surge in processors sold must have included DRAM and disks with every CPU, right?

I know that Niles has an excellent record of volume and profit predictions, so it's probably true, but it remains somewhat puzzling.
