Doug, re: "PAIR hasn't done anything right in 5 years", I couldn't disagree more! Sure, they blew the HDSL core business, but at least they recognized their blunder and took agressive steps to rebuild the company by purchasing AVIDIA! Had this not ocurred your investment may very well have been 0, instead of having a bright future with ADCT!!!

I'm sick of the PAIR bashing (particularly from people that have never posted here prior). Give some frickin credit where credit is do, Pascoe did us all a huge favor. I think he masterfully put PAIR back on a growth path while stripping out cost and recognizing that a deal was far and away the path required to see AVIDIA truly flourish while restoring shareholder value. IMO the sale of the Microelectronics unit to GSPN was nothing short of brilliant netting the co. a big fat premium.

If you don't like it, assuming you even own shares, sell the damn stock and go whine somewhere else.
