CS in the money call options have almost no time premium

CBOE quotes as of close on 2/24/00
CS April 25 call options $18 3/4
CS April 30 call options $13 5/8
CS April 35 call options $ 9 5/8

The April 30 call options provide 3 to 1 leverage with almost no time premium. Looks like a sweet deal to me.

CS July 30 call options $15 3/4
only a $2 1/4 time premium till July.

Any comments from experienced options traders.
