Bob: I have the following concerns

a: Book to Bill: This was reportedly very low. Has this improved.

b: Margins for the 2nd tier Consultants is tight. It is known these Companies have to undecut the Tier 1 Companies. They do this and the result is extreme pressure on the staff or less than desirable quality of work. Has this been a problem at KEA.?

c: They were more into Y2K for many years. Have they established staff with hands on Internet skills or are they on a learning curve.
