I think you can take MKE off the list as they are not in large production of GMR heads and they do not sell to other drive makers. The four square competition to RDRT is SAE-TDK. Plain and simply them. By most counts SAE-TDK is the leading supplier. I think the Fujitsu relationship with RDRT is MOST interesting and is the main reason I am drawn back to this thread.
