Now if I say: Molesting a child is the most heinous crime in the world.
I am stating an opinion about child molesting.

However if I say: When John Dodohead molested that little boy he committed the most heinous crime in the world. Then I am doing more than just expressing an opinion about child molesting. I am also accusing John Dodohead of molesting children.

Likewise when you say: NVXE is a pump and dump. You are expressing an opinion. But when you define the specific role Lilly Beter played in one of the most well executed pump and dumps you've seen then it would appear to me you're accusing Lilly Beter of knowingly engaging in this fraudulent practice. That goes beyond stating an opinion. And saying, "just my opinion", at the end of a complex statement does not absolve you of all responsibility for what you said. Just your opinion about what? Whether NVXE is the largest P&D since DDEQ or whether there has been a bigger P&D than NVXE since then? The sentence you wrote about Lilly Beter certainly isn't couched as an opinion. So for my benefit please clarify this statement. Are you accusing Lilly Beter of knowingly participating in a "pump or dump"? Again what is your basis for this accusation?

Now back to opinions:

Yours is that NVXE is a P&D. Mine is that NVXE is the real McCoy. Here's a little proposition for you (if its legal). NVXE closed today at 4 1/16. If in 6 months NVXE closing price is below 4 1/16 I'll donate a grand to the charity of your choice. If after 6 months NVXE closing price is above 4 1/16 then you donate a grand to the charity of my choice. We'll see if the management of SI or some other mutually acceptable third party will hold each of our checks for a grand until that time. One check gets returned. One gets donated. What do you say?
