Rory, if 1.5 is the number, then its is NOT enough to send WTI back into the twenties - period. About all that does is ratify the current compliance slippage + a little bit more. IMO this is not nearly enough to push US crude stocks back up to their higher average range, which is consistent with $20 oil. So when OPEC keeps using the euphemism of "Stabilising oil price", they mean stabilising at high price levels.

One last thing, have you noticed that NO one and I mean no one believes in this oil bull? Maybe a precious few on this thread, but that is all. The wall of worry has a solid foundation and is built by a master mason. OK find me an oil bull besides me, Slider, the Dogster and a few others. I double dog dare you!!!!!!!!!!!!! <VBG>
