Hey that goes for ANY company. Have you seen or even looked at any of these compensation packages the upper management is getting these days? They are absolutely robbing the shareholders with all those millions in options and incentives.

It all comes down to complacency. The average investor could care less what ridiculous pay package the management gets. It is all disclosed each year within the proxy statement. But who takes the time to read those. (Quick: What is the number of Options Pascoe has? DO they vest with this deal? Exercise price?)

Sad, but true statement.

Yes he did. In fairness, it would appear he inherited a huge mess. Possibly much worse than any of us knew. He definitely was not the cause of the troubles. Just the fall guy.
