Jeff, A critical piece of information regarding the Biovail agreement was that it was for CANADA ONLY. Notice that the release says: "The Company is also in serious negotiations for other jurisdictions" This could be the little US market, or the tiny European market, or the petite Asian market (maybe the biggest of all) ... I think that you get my point on the potential that is still out there. Biovail validated the company's product and the other jurisdictions should be licensed much quicker than Canada was. Keep in mind that Biovail does have first right of refusal for the other jurisdictions. I have followed this company for a long time and I am more optimistic than ever. Stay tuned, Tim
