Certain parties (to remain nameless) have inferred from your recent article in Forbes forbes.com that you may be predicting the imminent demise of Tellabs.

I regard TLAB as a premiere value company in the optical networking space, with such assets as Dr. Paul Green and his team originally from IBM Watson. Granted human capital is vulnerable because it may walk out the door. I also recognize that erstwhile leaders may be "imperiled from below".

Would you mind elucidating your thoughts on this fascinating company?
